  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

    • All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days once processed). Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, orders may take 7-28 business days to ship.

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information via email. You can either track it through the link in your shipping confirmation email or through our website here.

  • WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

    • All orders are shipped from Río Piedras, PR.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

    • If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please notify our team ASAP through email at info@perlanisworld.com

ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    • Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

    • Due to the nature of our drops and the limited quantities available, we are unable to make changes to any orders.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    • We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Bitcoin, Discover, Ethereum, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay & Visa.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

    • We do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstance due to the nature of our drops and the limited quantities available.

  • MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

    • If your item arrived damaged, please contact info@perlanisworld.com within 48 hours of receiving it.

      If 48 hours has passed since delivery, we are unable to replace or refund your order.

  • DO YOU RESTOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

    • Every round is only live until the next round is released. Merchandise from previous rounds are not stocked. At times, we will have a special release of previous rounds.
